I am certified to practice massage therapy by the State of Indiana.

I am also a certified member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP). To become certified by ABMP I had to complete a minimum of 500 hours of training at an accredited massage therapy school as well as 16+ hours of continuing education every two years. I have completed over 1,000 hours of massage & bodywork training and I am an instructor of the massage program at Kaplan College in Indianapolis, IN. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in social and behavioral sciences as well as a psychology minor. I love what I do, so I encourage questions regarding my training and expertise.
